Maria's Journey

Whilst creating and developing delicious and healthy products for a multinational food company, Maria's dream of sharing her creations with the world was born.

After migrating to Australia and working in a variety of resorts, hotels, and acclaimed hatted restaurants, Maria was fortunate to be guided under the mentorship of several widely known chefs.

Leaving her family and culture behind drove Maria to pursue her dreams of being an advocate for Mexican cuisine in Australia while ensuring her son feels proud of his heritage.

Maria aims to share authentic Mexican cooking techniques passed down from her ancestors throughout generations. She showcases the best products that Mexico has to offer by positioning her own line of products on supermarket shelves, making them easily accessible to all Australians while supporting the livelihoods of dedicated farmers and their families.
